As President, Jeff oversees New Business, Marketing, and Financial Management, taking on a leadership role in generating new opportunities and ensuring the business’s steady financial growth. With a background in finance, marketing, and communication, he brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to the team, having played a pivotal role in the success of DiVine Custom Homes and other companies he has developed and sold.

Known for his proactive and client-focused approach, Jeff is committed to delivering exceptional results for every client, believing that their satisfaction is the lifeblood of the business. He thrives on the daily challenges his role presents and finds fulfillment in helping clients bring their dreams to life alongside a talented team.

Originally from Rice Lake, Wisconsin, Jeff enjoys adrenaline-packed activities in his free time and is always seeking the next adventure. He shares his life with his significant other, Tami Sherman, and approaches both business and life with high energy and enthusiasm.

Tami Sherman

With over 22 years of experience, Tami Sherman is a key member of the team as an Architectural Designer, dedicated to crafting each client’s dream home. She combines her creativity and expertise in design and construction to bring every vision to life, listening attentively to client needs and working to fulfill their dreams within or around their budgets. Tami’s educational journey in design began at UW Stout, where she fell in love with drafting, later honing her skills at the Minneapolis School of Drafting.

Tami values the knowledge, support, and camaraderie of the DiVine Team, finding fulfillment in collaborating with clients and sharing in their excitement as their designs take shape. Originally from Hudson, Wisconsin, Tami enjoys time with her significant other of 23 years and their two daughters. Outside of work, she loves hosting friends by the pool, boating on the river, and relaxing over a nice dinner with wine.

Chad Mensing

With over 30 years in home building, Chad Mensing has been an integral part of the team for the past eight years as a Job Supervisor. He specializes in site construction, overseeing every detail to bring homeowners’ visions to reality. Starting his career as a carpenter, Chad has worked his way up through a commitment to craftsmanship and quality. He values the family-like atmosphere at DiVine, where he enjoys working closely with clients, listening to their ideas, and making them a reality. Originally from southern Minnesota, Chad has been married for 24 years and has two sons. Outside of work, he finds fulfillment in hunting, remodeling projects, and working with his dogs.

Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager

With over 28 years of experience in high-end residential construction, Jeff Welle serves as Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager at DiVine Real Estate Group. In his nine years with the company, Jeff has taken on the overall planning, execution, and success of complex construction projects. His background spans construction management, project management, job supervision, and architectural drafting, giving him a comprehensive skill set to guide each project from concept through completion. Known for his client-centered approach, Jeff believes in educating clients on the “why” behind every decision, ensuring they understand each phase of the building process. Growing up in West Central Minnesota, he has a natural affinity for outdoor activities and now shares that passion with his wife, Shannon, and their children, Brock, Norah, and Lily. Jeff finds great satisfaction in overcoming the challenges of construction management, all while collaborating with a dedicated team at DiVine.

He manages the daily progress at job sites, coordinates contractor schedules, and works closely with clients to ensure their vision comes to life.

Dan’s approach is proactive and hands-on, involving himself in every detail from foundation work to final finishes. Known for his excellent communication skills and collaborative approach, he takes pride in the end product and the excitement homeowners feel upon completion. Originally from New Richmond, WI, Dan enjoys outdoor activities in his free time—whether he’s hunting, camping, or chasing his kids around, he’s always up for an adventure.

Alaina Werner

Bid/Selections Coordinator

She expertly manages bids for everything required to build a home, from site preparations like septic and well installations to finishing touches like light fixtures and cabinet hardware. Known for her exceptional organizational skills, Alaina oversees Buildertrend software to keep the most current information accessible to both the team and clients. With a diverse background in customer service roles, including bank teller supervisor and construction coordinator, Alaina has implemented more efficient and consistent systems within the company. Raised in Baldwin, Wisconsin, Alaina is a proud dog mom to a lively black lab mix and an aunt to her equally spirited niece. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, clay shooting, painting, and capturing nature’s beauty through photography.

Jennifer Steenberg

New Home Sales Specialist & Office Manager

With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Jennifer Steenberg brings extensive experience and a client-centered approach to her role as New Home Sales Specialist and Office Manager at DiVine Real Estate Group. Joining the team six months ago, Jennifer’s primary responsibilities include overseeing marketing initiatives, hosting open hours at the model home, and ensuring smooth, seamless transactions for each customer. Her organizational skills and keen attention to detail enable her to coordinate all aspects of the buying process, making transitions easy and enjoyable for clients.

Jennifer’s professional journey spans diverse roles in real estate, most recently as a Design Center Manager for a major production builder. This background has equipped her with unique insights into both the aesthetic and functional aspects of home buying, allowing her to guide clients thoughtfully as they make decisions about their next home. She prides herself on listening carefully to clients and providing the information they need to feel confident in their choices.

Originally from Inver Grove Heights, MN, Jennifer now enjoys her time outside of work with her husband, Chad, their children, Trent and Chloe, and their two dogs, Bones and Razor. Her favorite pastimes include supporting her kids in their sports and activities, boating on Lake Superior, and unwinding in Northern Wisconsin with family and pets. Jennifer’s love for building relationships and being part of a close-knit team makes her a valuable asset to DiVine Real Estate Group.
